	(All above rates are not included 10% of the VAT Tax and 5% of the survice charges)   VIECA will help you to arrange your hotel accommodation during VIECA fair either you prefer to book and pay for the rooms directly to the hotel or through the tourist company.   If you prefer the arrangement for your accommodation by Tourism Company, their staffs will be at the hotel to help you check in and check out, give you suggestions and collect your  payment and they also provide you  the receipt of the hotels. Let ‘s bring with you cash, a valid Visa or Master card, they will take only 3 minutes from you to complete the exact payment to your most convenience or you can transfer your hotel payment to the account of the Tourism Company. We will provide you the details of their account after receiving your  hotel booking informations. It is a government rule that you will get a 3% surcharge when you pay by card in Vietnam, it is non negotiable no matter where and whom you pay.

Section 9- Booking Terms and Conditions:

Bookings ·          Acceptance of an application for space and entry in the Guide Book is conditional on receipt of full payment by 19 February 2010. ·          VIECA reserves the right to withdraw its acceptance of a booking in the event that the participation fee has not been received in full by 19 February 2010. ·          VIECA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Fair or to change the dates and/or venues of the Fair, in which case it is expressly agreed that VIECA' s total ability shall be limited to refunding the Participant Fee or any part of which has already been paid to VIECA by the Institution and that VIECA will have no liability for any loss or consequential loss or expense of whatsoever nature arising incurred by the Institution. ·          Institution shall ensure that they stay in the booth at all times during the opening hours of the Fair. ·          Institution is responsible to maintain the dignity and atmosphere of the Fair. ·          VIECA reserve the rights to remove from the Fair any of the employees, agents of the Institution who are judged to be causing damage to the Fair or its image to dangerous to the Fair or the public or deemed to disrepute the Fair. Institutions should therefore abide by all rules and regulations stated in the Exhibitor Manual.   Cancellations ·          All cancellations or alterations to bookings must be notified in writing. ·          In case of a complete cancellation by the Institution, or cancellation of attendance of a representative's accommodation, VIECA reserves the right to impose the following cancellation charge: - in respect of cancellation of participation received before 5 February 2010, full refund of the participation fee will be made; - in respect of cancellation of participation received after 5 February 2010 but before 19 February 2010, 50% of the full participation fee is forfeit; - in respect of cancellation of participation received after 19 February 2010, no refund of the full participation fee; ·          All attending participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance cover against possible cancellation due to illness or bereavement.
